St. Michael’s Church

Thank you for your interest in St. Michael’s Christian Academy (SMCA). SMCA is a ministry of St. Michael’s Church and has provided a rich academic environment for countless children from preschool through the eighth grade for over thirty-five years. My own four children attended and graduated from SMCA and have since gone on to very successful college and professional careers. At the same time, SMCA provided them with an atmosphere that encouraged their faith in which they have all embraced and matured as adults. I highly recommend SMCA for any parent looking for school that will help his/her child succeed in life.

St. Michael’s Church, the parent church of SMCA, is a vibrant congregation from diverse backgrounds, seeking an expression of the church that is fully sacramental, evangelical, and charismatic. We are a church that is submitted to the authority of Scripture, as interpreted by the continuing witness of the ancient Church, and governed by consensus. Our worship is Biblical, liturgical and spirit-filled, ancient and contemporary, holy and joyful. We are committed to advancing God’s kingdom by proclaiming the Gospel to San Clemente and the surrounding communities and by ministering to those in need.
